Chiropractic
To begin chiropractic care, we first book you for an initial assessment. From there, treatments are individualized for your specific needs and goals. This may include spinal manipulation, joint mobilization, soft tissue therapy/myofascial release, exercise prescription, acupuncture/needling, low-level laser... the list goes on.

BioFlex Laser Therapy
Photobiomodulation (or low-level laser therapy) can be used by chiropractors to treat a variety of conditions, such as joint pain, arthritis, muscle strains, and sprains.

The laser works by penetrating deep into the tissue, where it stimulates cellular activity and promotes natural healing processes. It also helps to reduce inflammation, swelling, and pain.

One of the perks of BioFlex laser is that it's non-invasive and typically painless. It is a safe and effective alternative to traditional treatments like medication or surgery, and can be a great place to start in your healing journey.

BioFlex laser can be offered as a standalone treatment or in conjunction with manual chiropractic treatment. Treatments are customized to each patient's specific needs, and the duration of treatment can vary depending on the condition being treated.

Functional Acupuncture
Functional acupuncture is an innovative approach to acupuncture that combines traditional acupuncture principles and modern scientific knowledge of the body's anatomy and physiology.

Unlike traditional acupuncture, which focuses on balancing the body's energy flow, functional acupuncture targets specific areas of the body that are experiencing pain or dysfunction. By inserting thin needles into specific points on the body, we can stimulate the nervous system, promote healing, and reduce pain, inflammation and muscle tension.
In my office, acupuncture is used in conjunction with manual therapy. Treatments are longer to allow for the needles to do their job and for me to treat you manually as well.

Custom Orthotics
A custom orthotic is a prescribed medical device that is made for your unique foot and gait. The orthotic helps support the foot and ankle in an optimal way that can help relieve or prevent pain.

Sometimes, issues in the lower body, pelvis, or spine can be a result of a poorly functioning or injured foot.
​
